1- Delivery Terms
The BUYER acknowledges that once the agreements and protocols around the purchased Product are read and the Product price is paid, no further action is required for the sale to be complete.
By giving this confirmation, the BUYER accepts the scope and conditions of use, and the Product is made available online to the USER for a specified period in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2- Right of Withdrawal
The Product that is the subject of this Agreement is digital software.
Therefore, because it falls under the contracts concerning services performed instantly in an electronic environment or immaterial goods delivered instantly to the consumer (Article 15/ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation prepared under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection), the BUYER does not have the right of withdrawal.
